SKYETON AIRCRAFT INDUSTRIAL COMPANY is founded by professionals in sport aviation in 2005 and is the part of a big engineering corporation KARBON located in Kiev, Ukraine.

Our experts and designers have years of experience in the field of aviation, gained at leading aircraft manufacturing enterprises of Ukraine, such as Antonov ASTC and "Aviant".

We employ a team of 60 staff to design and refine our product line. Owing its own manufacturing capabilities, designing bureau, qualified engineers, mechanical and assembly department, the company performs the complete cycle of work and accepts individual orders of any complexity bringing modern materials, progressive design concepts and safety improvements to the pilot community. SKYETON develops and improves its products in close cooperation with its dealers and pilots.

In spite of our short history, SKYETON Company keeps the leading position in the ultralight and Light Sport Aircrafts (LSA) market in Ukraine and successfully sells K-10 SWIFT aircraft in two versions in Western Europe. The company is developing distribution system worldwide.

Beside the series production SKYETON is carrying out prospective research and development of new 4-seats aircraft SHARK which is planned for serial production in 2009.
